Meditation mornings in California

Please join us for our Tuesday morning guided meditations starting weekly from 9th July 2019.

Sitting in community can be a rich experience and a great way to deepen one’s practice while benefiting from the support of others. Regular meditation practice has a wide variety of health & wellbeing benefits including stress and anxiety reduction, promotes emotional health, enhanced self awareness, greater attention span and helps improves sleep.

Previous meditation experience is not necessary. All are welcome.
